I recently stayed at Hotel Exotica for a relaxing vacation and couldn't have been more satisfied. The staff, especially the manager and the restaurant/bar manager, were incredible hosts who created an awesome atmosphere. The facility is well-kept with clean rooms, ample parking, and comfortable beds. The pool area is inviting and the breakfast at the restaurant offers a good variety. The hotel's location near a supermarket and local restaurants is convenient.

Good view and friendly staff
Stayed there for the weekend with my partner. We had a great view from our room which was clean and tidy. The staff were quite friendly and despite some communication gap, they helped us with all the necessary information. The breakfast was served on time and included a decent range of options. The location is quite central which made it easy for us to explore the surroundings, be it walk to restaurants or the beach.
The first thing that was unpleasant was the unappealing location of the hotel; it was surrounded by garbage bins and had a collapsed road nearby.

The value for money was incredible, with prices that were surprisingly affordable. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the daily cleaning of the spacious rooms to the well-kept pool area. The location was ideal, as it was in a quiet area close to the beach and some charming restaurants. Plus, the rooms with a balcony offered a wonderful view of the Black Sea.
All was more than satisfactory.

Our family stayed in a hotel close to an amazing beach, with good shops and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and the bathroom was tidy, but there was no gym or live music available during our stay. the staff was really supportive and helpful, and breakfast was good. there were some facilities for children to use during the day.
The water in the swimming pool was too cold to swim in comfortably, even though it was summer.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of a bustling seaside town. The value for money was incredible, with prices that were affordable and offers more than any other hotel in the area. The attention to detail was impressive, such as the cleaning lady who came daily, ensuring the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel's location close to the beach and a few restaurants was also a huge plus, allowing for a relaxing and convenient stay. I particularly loved the rooms with a huge balcony, offering a breathtaking view of the Black Sea - it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to such a picturesque sight every morning. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfactory, offering a good start to the day.
All aspects of my stay were alright and nothing needs improvement.

Quiet location away from the busy tourist area, nice and clean pool to relax in during the hot weather, and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The hotel's close proximity to the beach and good restaurants made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable.
Limited breakfast options with not-so-great coffee and juices, and a small and cold pool. the staff had limited English-speaking abilities, making communication a bit challenging at times.

We got great value for our money at this cozy and affordable hotel. The room was spacious enough for our family, and we had a huge balcony to enjoy the view. The location was peaceful and just a short walk from a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The staff were polite and attentive to our needs.
The morning meal could be improved with a better coffee machine.
